As for her being on her last written warning, the warning system is itself grossly flawed and designed to intimidate staff. I have received written warnings simply for being ill (when I worked at Tesco) so I must say I don&#039;t think we can assume much from that.]]></description>

In actual fact she was onto her last written warning before the incident, suggesting she had previously wasted time and broken rules which was the actual cause of her dismissal; that she was being partial amidst the furore over expenses was the tip of the iceberg.]]></description>
