Though Cowards Flinch

I see Rod Liddle’s got a post up suggesting, somewhat tongue in cheek, that the Pope could quite legitimately be arrested under for the 1986 Public Order Act for his comments on homosexuality, on the basis that they might incite hatred.

Very trenchant.  I wonder where an earth he got the idea from.
