Those Blair/Gaddafi handshake pictures
Gaddafi tonight is obviously on the edge; his son has recently made an address warning protesters that if ill-feeling toward his Father continues the bloodshed in Libya would be worse than that of Iraq.
But while the counterrevolution is being drawn up by Gaddafi and his stooges, we ought not to forget what the Mail tonight are calling “Blair’s sordid Faustian pact?“
Here are the pictures that symoblised that event:

Blair, Gaddafi, The Gaddafi Gaff

Two if a kind I’d say
This blog post seems to be getting tonnes of hits at the moment, so I just want to take two seconds to analyse the pictures. The first one has Tony Blair slightly on edge, looking a bit nervous perhaps, or overwhelmed. The second, however, Blair seems to be saying (and it might be an idea to put on a drunk voice in your head while saying this) “you know what, you’re alllllll right, you are!” – possibly before collapsing to the ground (heart attack? Drugs and drink more like).
Gaddafi of course in both pictures appears to say “yes, Tony Blair, saviour of the free world, whatevs. Where is Condi Rice – oh man, do I lurrrrrve Condi Rice!”.
Cheers.
